For serials of any specialist doctor can be given very quickly and easily at For this go to any doctor's profile. Click on Book Appointment or call our number.

If you are not logged in, then you need to log in to give serial through the site. It may take 10 to 15 minutes for your serial to be confirmed.

If you want to cancel your serial, you have to cancel your serial by calling our customer support.

If you want to cancel your current serial and give another doctor's serial, you have to call our customer support.

Information on any diagnostic and hospital, list of doctors and their address can be found through the Diagnostic and Hospital page.

To get a blood donor, you need to log in first or sign up if you don't have an account. After logging in, click on the Blood page. Phone numbers of all blood donors can be found there.

When signing up choose Yes from the section Are you a blood donor? and select your blood group or if you already have an account then login and go to Edit Info and do the same process from there.

To get an ambulance, you need to log in first, if you don't have an account, you need to sign up. After logging in, click on the Ambulance page. Phone numbers of all ambulances can be found there.

To set a new password, please log in to your account, then go to Change Password from your Dashboard and enter the new password. If you forgot your password, Go to the page Forget Password Enter email and mobile number. Click on Request a new PIN. To login to your account, click Login and enter your mobile number or email and enter your's password and to Logout go to Dashboard and press Logout from the menu.

If you want to change any information in your account, login to your account and go to the Edit Information page from your Dashboard.

To start a chat, go to the bottom of any page and click on the Chat option from the bottom right corner. This will start a private chat between you and our customer service.
